Who wears this stuff and why do they think it looks good?

I live in Japan and have done so for the better part of the last decade so some things on this list was news to me (the double polo?!?!) but things like really skinny jeans that show your butt crack are not great style here either. Ear gouging is here too and I agree with the article that it is simply dumb to do so as it will never heal once the hole is opned past a certain size.
